Shipping & Policies
Our current processing time is 1-3 business days for most non-bulk orders. Most wedding item orders have a processing time of 1-2 weeks.
All US orders are shipped by USPS First Class mail and come with tracking.
First Class mail usually takes 3-5 business days to reach their destination. If you need to rush your order, please select Priority (2-3 business days) or Priority Express (1-2 business days) for your order.
International orders will be shipped by USPS First Class International mail. All orders come with a tracking number.
International orders may be subject to customs/import duties, fees, or taxes. The buyer is solely responsible for knowing and paying these fees, so please be aware of your countries customs tax policy. All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All orders will be marked as merchandise and prices cannot be changed.
Please keep track of your package for the delivery date. In some cases, you may need to visit the post office to pay and claim your package.
♡ REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 7 days after receiving your order. Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org for prior authorization of your return.
All items being returned MUST be in their unused/original condition and returned in the original packaging and gift box. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds (minus the original shipping) will be issued after the items are received and inspected.
Bulk bridesmaid orders (excluding custom-made and personalized) may be returned with prior authorization but will be charged with a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will not include the original shipping fee and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
